I have used ICC for both business and residential, and have found them to be more than professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. They repaired a commercial condenser fan motor for my tasting room at a very reasonable cost, and for my home they went above and beyond to help us fix an ongoing issue that no one had been able to successfully diagnose. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone.

Brian and Martin were very professional, showed up on-time and provided excellent customer service. There were mindful about cleaning up after every work day. It can be difficult to have people in your home with a family. I have 2 small children and they were so good about working around their nap schedules and what worked best for our family but also got the job done quickly. I bought a house last June and my realtor purchased a home warranty on my behalf.  My heater stopped working and ICC was assigned to my work order.  How fortunate that was.  Martin was on time (to the minute) for the appointment, worked quickly and thoroughly, was very tidy, and clearly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it.

Our AC stopped during the most recent heat wave. We called a couple of repair shops to get availability and costs. Martin answered his phone while being polite, compassionate, and asking all the right questions. He was fixing my AC by the end of that day!  And, he didn't try to up sell a single thing. Unfortunately our AC went on the fritz at the worst possible time over the summer. It was a week of 100+ degrees and we were so uncomfortable. I called Martin with Indoor Climate Control and he sense the urgency and was able to get to us same day to assess our needs. By the next day we were taken care of and very happy.
