    I have used ICC for both business and residential, and have found them to be more than professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. They repaired a commercial condenser fan motor for my tasting room at a very reasonable cost, and for my home they went above and beyond to help us fix an ongoing issue that no one had been able to successfully diagnose.     Martin and his crew are professional, timely and very knowledgeable about their trade. They thoroughly assessed  my old wall unit and made the necessary repairs in a very timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and even wore booties to protect the carpet. Martin assured me that even during the upcoming holidays they would be available should I have an issue.     If you need any AC/heating call these guys. Brian & Martin are amazing to work with and their team was sweet, polite and got the job done fast. We had them install 2 units in our offices. The window AC finally died. The new unit is quiet and cooled down the office fast. Finally we have a nice AC and heater.

    Brian took time on the phone to talk over the issue I was having with my furnace. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored in our conversation. Completely present during the entire conversation...you don't find that very often.  He dispatched Jeremy to the house who was very professional and exact in his work.     Brian and Martin were very professional, showed up on-time and provided excellent customer service. There were mindful about cleaning up after every work day. It can be difficult to have people in your home with a family. I have 2 small children and they were so good about working around their nap schedules and what worked best for our family but also got the job done quickly. Definitely don't hesitate to use them for any of your HVAC needs!
