A local Cloverdale customer here in Sonoma County hired Indoor Climate Control to replace a very old furnace, ductwork and add air conditioning in their home located on N. Cloverdale Blvd. As a local Santa Rosa Air Conditioning and HVAC company, we take the quality of the services we provide to our community seriously. We wanted to get the job done right and get it done on schedule.

We removed the old ductwork, supply boots, registers and furnace and properly disposed of. We installed the new York furnace and AC coil in the under floor by suspending it on a uni-strut trapeze. Due to the furnace being lower than the ground level we needed to use a condensate pump for the condensation drains. We installed the new York condenser on a pad on the exterior of the home and ran our refrigerant lines through the under floor to connect. We also ran the return air duct to a new location to improve performance and efficiency.
